NOTE: I was given this book for free in exchange for an honest review.To be perfectly honest, this book was just as hard to get into for me as the last book was. In many cases, so much was going on within a short time frame that it was hard to keep up with the story at times. Dont get me wrong; the premise never lost its intrigue. However, I find myself rating this book three out of five stars, like the last one, and heres why.I guess my main problem throughout this book, which was a reoccurring
Jasmine and Amon are back along with the rest of the crew to battle Bael! Lucifer is now above ground and killing people. He has huge plans for Jasmine and so does Bael. Beau is back as an angle as well and one of his comrades also comes to help the Angel Blessed against the demons! Bael cannot seem to hold onto Jasmine! New secrets are revealed about Jasmines birth parents and sacrifices will be made! New powers and abilities will also be revealed! The war is coming to themwho can they save?
Loved this book by Cassie Fear! SURROUNDED BY FLAMES is Book 2 in The Flames Trilogy and releases tomorrow (4/18)... Review to follow...
This sequel takes the plot to new heights. With lots of twists and turns, this novel kept me at the edge of my seat.
This book was great. Characters have grown from book one and this book was gripping from the start. Outstanding writing and without spoiling the end, wow!! Cannot wait for the next book.
