Commentary Epithetical Books Freewill (Freewill #1)

I had a hard time getting into the book at first. There was just to many characters and it kept jumping around. I felt lost in most of the beginning. Once I was able to get through the beginning I was able to really enjoy it. I did find myself wondering what was going to happen next. You start to wonder what will become of the characters you have begun to care about. I am starting the 2nd book called Consequences today.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading "Freewill." The plot was original and the characters were easy to relate to. The paranormal aspect of the book was full of refreshing twists unlike recent books in this genre. It was good to read something that hasn't been rehashed over and over again like other authors do these days. No vampires or zombies here and that is great! Elyse does a great job of giving her characters life. The character James was creepy and in some ways he reminds me of someone I used to

I received this book from the author for an honest review. I signed up for this book but didn't have very high expectation. And the beginning was a little confusing to keep up with. But this book ended up quite good, and I cannot wait to finish the trilogy.First I have to talk about the end! I enjoyed the majority of this book, the story about Ellie and Christopher, but I felt myself confused often. I felt the book jumped around and it would take me a bit to figure out how everything was fitting together. I loved Ellie and reading about her, but I am still left confused about exactly what happened during parts of the book. Actual Rating: 4.5 stars *I received this e-book through We Heart YA Books!*This e-book was good... the kind of good that makes a reader wonder why this author isn't as well known as other popular young adult authors. The beginning was a little slow, but once I got to the meat of the book, I completely enjoyed it! Christopher and Ellie were so cute together and James made for a good "bad guy". Overall I enjoyed this book immensely especially for the surprise twist at the end! I would recommend
