My Opinion:I wasn't as impressed with the book as I would have liked. I thought the premise of the book would make it steller for me. But, well, it fell a bit flat. We are taken on a tale of Mackie who is 16 and starting to get very sick and as time goes in this story he keeps getting sicker and sicker and sicker and good lord sicker. It seemed most of this book he had his head out of his friend Roswell's car window or he was puking. Yes, I said it - puking. That's all Mackie seems to do. He

Bleeeeeh, I quit! I need to learn to do this more- quit a novel after 10 chapters or so when I clearly realize that it will disappoint me in the end. Call my policy discriminatory, but I cant give YA the same privilege as Classics or Booker Prize winners. They are not allowed to be boring! Or slow! Or have a dull premise! Okay, I wanted to read this book because it's got faeries in it and I'll jump on anything that has faeries. I love the idea of faeries not being those sexy, brooding, romanticized creatures (though I love them too) and changelings/tricksters/dark faeries are awesome to me.
