I continue to enjoy the James Bond novels, but I also continue to be shocked at just how different the novels are than the books. I really shouldn't be surprised, as the novels were written in the mid 50s and this movie, for example, was made in the last 70s. They seem to appeal to younger males, but have slightly adult content (though in todays market they might be thought a bit tamer than they were when published.)
